Account Registration

To access the full range of services on the 63boss Platform, you are required to create a registered account. The following terms govern the registration and maintenance of your 63boss account:

  1. One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active account on the 63boss Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
  2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
  3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
  5. Account Suspension: 63boss reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account pending completion of identity verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in permanent account closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 63boss Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

  • The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account status and chosen payment method.
  • 63boss accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.
  • Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a short processing period depending on the payment method used.
  • 63boss does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
  • 63boss reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals.
  • Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
  • Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 63boss's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 63boss's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 63boss account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

12.1 Termination by You: You may close your 63boss account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

12.2 Termination by 63boss: 63boss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms.
  • Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
  • Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
  • Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements as described in Section 2.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of the 63boss Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall prevent 63boss from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
